Diantane
Two powers I used were Irradiated Ground and Beta Decay. Now I read what they did on MIDS, but there is really no way to tell it they are doing anything. Had both of them running and had acc, end redux x 2 in irradiated ground and three to-hit debuff and end redux SO's in beta decay. They seemed to be hitting me pretty well (died many times on the way to 40). I did notice a 4 damage on all foes that surrounded me. But mostly I noticed the endurance use of these two powers 😞
Maelwys
So given that the "detailed info" screens in game and CoDv2 exist and we've danced this exact same dance before... ...what exactly are your couple of questions?
Story Archer
Beta Decay's ToHit DeBuff is so small that enhancing it really doesn't accomplish anything - it's not the point of the power, just a nice cherry on top. I'd recommend either throwing an End Redux or an Achilles Heel proc into its one slot and moving on. As far as Irradiated Ground goes, I suggest an ACC, and END Redux and up to four damage procs when you can get them. At least while you;re working your way up to 50. There's not a single question here. Beta Decay can be left with the base slot and using an Achilles Heel: -Res proc. Irradiated Ground is standard PBAoE slotting either 2 Acc, 1, End, 3 Damage, or something like Obliteration. Doing heavier damage procs is an option. Top 10 Most Fun 50s. 1. Uun
Irradiated Ground: My preferred slotting for this (and other damage auras) is Scirocco's Dervish acc/dmg, acc/dmg/end, dmg/end, %dmg. This provides maximal benefit from the fewest slots. Most other Melee AoE sets force you to slot recharge, which you don't need. As far as slotting multiple dmg procs, this power was changed 2 years back so that it can only proc every 10s. It's no longer a good candidate for proc bombing. Beta Decay: I've tried slotting this several ways (including the Achilles' Heel proc) and I've settled on 2 Enzymes (-def/-tohit/end). While I agree that the -tohit is just gravy (especially on an armor set with no defense), enhancing the -def has good returns because the power is autohit. Just stand next to a Rikti Drone and it melts away. Beta Decay also has some additional effects that are quite useful. It buffs your recharge (10% base plus 2.5% for each foe in range) and it's a taunt aura. Uuniverse
