Tailor charge interacting with Holstered Weapons bug

I have an Arsenal/Trick Arrow Controller, and I've seen the continuing bug where, if I go into the tailor screen, the weapon configuration for the primary powerset automagically reverts to the unholstered legacy assault rifle (with the associated tailor charge for changing a costume option. If I reset the weapon to its original configuration, the charge for changing the costume option vanishes -- but the base tailor charge for changing anything about your costume remains. Admittedly, the cost is relatively small, but it's annoying to be charged for having to fix something that the costume editor did automatically when it wasn't wanted.

I think we should bring a Class-Action against ICON!

My Arrow/Trick Arrow Blaster has a minimum 180k charge if I go into Icon for anything.
