flashback Dr. Hetzfelt relationship bug

As far as I'm aware, a handful of Praetorian contacts can be added to a Primal character's contact list, though they will not react to you if you talk to them normally, I believe it's only the contacts that start the major story arcs but I am not 100 percent sure.

If you use the Flashback system to do their missions, that will actually fill the relationship bar for those contacts even though you can't under normal circumstances, it will fill the relationship bar during the Flashback mission's active period and when the mission is finished, it will leave the filled bar on the contact in your Inactive list.

For some reason, even though Dr. Hetzfeld's relationship bar fills up during the active period of the Flashback mission, once it ends, his relationship bar in the Inactive contacts tab does not change at all.

 

This bug was not present for any of the contacts in Nova Praetoria and  Imperial City or their underground areas and was also did not appear for Ivy who I did the mission for earlier. I am not aware if the bug will appear for Aaron Walker who I haven't done the mission for yet or the Underground Neutropolis contacts who I can not add to my contact list until I finish their mission behind the Resistance door and talk to them after the Flashback mission is completed.

Alright so I just finished all the Flashback missions and as a Primal Earth character, you can add the following Praetorian Contacts to your Inactive list and fill them out once you start Flashback Missions, Dr. Hetzfeld is the only one who's bugged in this way.

 

Nova Praetoria:
Praetor White

Chief Interrogator Washington

Deputy Assistant of Information - (Must add after doing his missions and before leaving his office)

Robert Flores

 

Underground Nova Praetoria:

Ricochet - (Must add after doing her missions and before leaving the resistance base)

 

Imperial City:

Jessica Flores

Relations Expert Verna Arcola- (Can be added, Primal Characters can not do the Praetorian Invention tutorial)

Bobcat

Mr. G

 

Underground Imperial City:

Hatchet - (Must add after doing his missions and before leaving the resistance base)

 

Neutropolis:

Aaron Walker

Dr. Hetzfeld - (Flashback mission progress does not change out-of-flashback progress)

IVy

 

Underground Neutropolis:

Crow - (Must add after doing his missions and before leaving the resistance base)

Noble Savage - (Can be added in the resistance base, unsure of later First Ward interactions.)
