Can't upload files?

I cannot seem to upload any files, (tried a few types). I keep getting the below error.  I've made sure I have enough space left, even tried to temporarily disable my filters/shields, rebooted, etc.  Any Ideas?  Thanks!

EDIT to add - I can play the actual game just fine, so I don't think it's a general connectivity issue.  I can also upload images to other sites like remove.bg without issue.

 

2nd Edit:  I've tried from a completely different computer, and the issue persists...

I just drag them from my image folder into the text area and they upload automatically. It might be a firewall or antivirus issue

I've tried all those steps yesterday.  Retried in the bug report thread and it seems ok, now.  Thanks!
