Creature Commandos (DC Animated Series)

So I watched the first 2 episodes yesterday, and I have to say, this series, (while definitely NOT for children), has just the right amount of drama/angst while not taking itself too seriously.  There is mature subject matter, and some very "not ok" topics introduced, but overall I found it very entertaining, with its dark humor and fight scenes.  It's also nice to see some C/D/E/F-tier characters getting some air time...

One additional piece of info that I want to add is that there seems to be this trend in the episodes where they'll continue the story a little bit after or during the credits - they seem to be little vignettes about a particular character's backstory, so don't skip them!

The 3rd episode was rather heartbreaking, but still enjoyable.  I'm looking forward to the next one...

Was not ready for that particular character's backstory to be so painful.

The most recent episode was ok, but felt more like filler, (had a little backstory for Frankenstein). Dr. Phosphorous is kinda frightening!

Well, the 1st season has concluded, and I have to say it definitely didn't disappoint!  I do hope it gets renewed for more seasons!  Try to avoid spoilers if you have even the tiniest interest in watching this series!
