Ninjas in its current form...how big a difference do the bow attacks make?

I had a Ninjas/Thermal a while back that I never really got off the ground, been thinking of giving it another try, but since I tend to "pre-build" stuff in Mids and then buy enhancements when creating new characters, I'm looking at the build from before again and sorta re-trying things.  One of the big, notable aspects is how HC changed the bow attacks to add a Crit chance to all the pets.  So with that, how big of a difference does it make, and how high should it be prioritized?  Based on my previous experience, working the attacks into my actions frequently enough to keep them shouldn't be terribly hard, but should I definitely be taking all three?  Or just two (for my Necro/Electric I used only two and it still seemed to provide decent benefit).  Any other tips to be aware of?

No bow attacks would average pets about 1 crit every 16.7 attacks (Total of 6% crit chance provided by the upgrades). One bow attack, about 1 crit every 11.1 attacks; two bow attacks, about 1 crit every 8.3 attacks; three bow attacks, an average of 1 crit every 6.7 attacks. I imagine Smoke Flash would tighten those percentages a bit. The faster the recharge, the more liberally used, the smaller the gap.

I would probably take at least 2 attacks. Instead of using both attacks every 30 seconds, maybe alternate attacks every 15 seconds. Or if 3 bow attacks are taken, alternate every 10 seconds. Gives time to use other powers while feeling less compelled to launch personal attacks immediately in a row.

There are variations-to-taste, but generally I find my Homecoming MMs always taking two of the attacks from the primary to leverage a secondary effect of some sort that helps the henchmen. Those attacks pretty much always get slotted for a group of useful set bonuses... primarily because Endurance burn is real for MMs and it is pointless to try to out-damage the henchmen with %damage proc-bombing from MM attacks IMO.

Perfect, thanks, to both of you.  Right now I'm looking at using the two single-target attacks and will likely alternate between them as suggested to help manage endurance.
