Spawn collision, or fun with Wormhole?

A couple of days ago, I had a character in Peregrine Island who ran across a bizarre collection of mobs -- Frostlings, CoT, Nemesis, and Rikti all jammed together in a watchtower:

I don't know if this was just the spawn generator breaking, or someone having fun with Wormhole (most likely fun with Wormhole, given that it's not a present location to spawn the Frostlings), but it was entertaining to see.

Are you sure it wasn't just part of a college fraternity initiation stunt?  They used to pack phone booths, but as those are a thing of the past...

We never did that, but a local sorority did come by the house and have their members form a human pyramid (gymnastics style if you need a reference) with a few of my brothers as the base.

 

We helped habitat for humanity build a couple houses when I got initiated. More rewarding then weird stunts.

And it seems it was someone playing with Wormhole, as I ran across them actually doing it while I was on a Fake Nemesis loop through PI.
