Color change when recipes and salvage are nearing full

I had a thought tonight, what if when your recipes and/or salvage were almost full, the words in the power tray could go yellow, then orange before going red for full?

 

Maybe they'd turn yellow when you can only hold 20 more and orange for 10 more.

This would be cool, as an option, for inspirations, enhancements, and, heck, pretty much any resource for which we have finite storage...
