Percy Winkley Arc - Skipped Positron

I just did the hero Origin of Power arc from Percy Winkley and I didn't get the mission to speak to Positron at all. Cross checking with the wiki, it looks like I might have gotten the missions out of order too? I think I got sent to talk to War Witch, then Penelope Yin, then Manticore, and then Synapse, and then I got the mission to find relics in a cave and fight Circle of Thorns. (also Qelrend was a Behemoth Overlord, but the wiki says he's a Death Mage)

The missions for talking to people about the various origins are not set in a specific order. They can be assigned in any order, though they do seem to follow one sequence more than others. As for skipping Positron? Yeah, there is one mission in the set that is bugged and seems to not always be given, and I think he is that one. Been a while though, so I don't really remember.

The Origin of Power missions used to send you to four of [War Witch (Magic), Positron (Technology), Synapse (Science), Manticore (Natural), and Penny Yin/Sister Psyche (Mutant)], chosen randomly and in random order (although War Witch was first more often than not), with your getting a more detailed conversation from whichever one matched your origin (if the RNG didn't leave them out). I'm not sure precisely when it happened, but it was on Live when Positron got dropped from the possible talkity-talk contacts for the arc, so it was just the other four in a random order.
