Looking for critique of this DP/Time

Just slotted her out, and she does ok, but still feels like I can fit more defense or resist in. TYIA

Piercing Rounds is not a good power, nor does it actually proc well. It's a gimmicky power that is a super narrow cone. Suppressive Fire IS the money shot though; it procs out crazy good. I would swap the two out. Pistols has a better DPA than Dual Wield. I would swap these two as well. I would add an additional proc to Hail of Bullets.

The epic holds also proc out crazy good and you can usually get them just North of 500 damage, but Soul Storm has >2 second cast, I'd dump it and pick up either Distortion Field or Temporal Selection (which is a GREAT buff for a teammate).

 

All that said, it's definitely functional as is.

• Don't skip Power Boost. It's essential with Time. Using it before casting Farsight increases the defense it provides by 78% for the full 120s duration. It also increases the heal and recovery buff provided by Chrono Shift, so I usually cast the three together.
• Drop Soul Storm for Soul Drain. You don't have Aim in DP and Soul Drain will provide a big damage buff before using Hail of Bullets.
• Slowed Response is unslotted. At a minimum you want acc and rech. I usually 3-slot Analyze Weakness (the pieces with recharge).
• Time Crawl doesn't need more than 1 acc in the base slot.
• Drop Hover or Assault for Distortion Field. It doesn't need more than 1 slow in the base slot but it provides a good debuff that stacks with Time's Juncture.
