Simple suggestion to improve the feel of the Regeneration set and the use of the power Revive.

Remove the recharge!

No. That makes the character effectively unbeatable. With no recharge, a player can make use of the 15 seconds of being untouchable and 90 seconds of debt protection to keep fighting without accruing debt and be unable to take harm for 15 seconds, then just have to wait 1.5 seconds to become untouchable for another 15 seconds to just keep wailing on their enemies.

Edit: You wouldn't even need the other powers from the set any more starting at level 28. Just throw everything into damage and Revive. Let your character lose, get back up with minimum 50% endurance back, smack the target with your best attacks until they can finally hurt you again, get back up with minimum 50% endurance back, smack the target with your best attacks until they can hurt you again, and never bother with getting debt past the initial defeat. And as long as you race from spawn to spawn, you can clear the entire mission that way.

I mean, I get the character concept of the "Unkillable Man" who literally regenerates from Anything.  Even completely vaporizing his entire body, nope, too bad, quantum particles start forming and rebuilding him.  And there is nothing wrong with mentally treating your character that way in headcanon.  But some degrees of balance are necessary.

Myself, I would  be happy if Regen could just get considerably more -Regen  resistance.... like, 80-90% or so, just like SR pings the heck out of Defense Debuff Resistance. If Regen and heals are your one trick pony, at least let them own that trick.

<not serious>Revive doesn't become clickable until some time passes based on how much overkill the character took to defeat them.   Small dot winds up taking out barely, you can get up right away.   Get splatted by a huge attack over 1000, you'll lay there awhile reconstituting yourself</>

Considering that dying and getting back up seems to be expected of Regen, maybe have it wipe out debt, or at least some of it

Not opposed, but honestly, I barely notice XP debt as it is.

It just seems to make sense thematically. If dying and getting back up is pretty much expected and a feature rather than a flaw, then the penalty for dying should be reduced when you use Regen's revive power to get back up. If you're in a rush and the recharge isn't up yet, and you use something else (inspiration, rez from ally, other temp power rez, etc), then you don't get the bonus and can still accrue debt normally if you're inclined to do so. Don't want no one complaining that this would make it harder for regenners to get their precious debt badges.
