All of a sudden, the game won't launch.

I'm using Tequila, and just did a files re-validation, but this issue persists.  When I hit Play, I get this error message:

 

 

I'm not sure what's wrong all of a sudden?

We don't support Tequila any longer so sometimes there is a delay in the manifest. We recommend switching to the launcher instead https://manifest.cohhc.gg/launcher/hcinstall.exe

Ah, that may be it.  I've been gone from the game for about 6 months now (life happens).  I'll try the new one then.

New Problem:

 

It keeps asking me to install a Visual C++ package - again, and again, and again, and again, and again.

 

Apparently, I just can't install it (and reboot) enough times.  How many times do I need to keep installing it?
