RWZ - Practice Pylons trigger Dropship Spawn

Occasionally when prepping for an open world MSR we will have the dropship cruising around even though the prior raid took it down.  This is an annoying event when gathering.

 

What I have finally found is the Practice pylons by the vanguard base will trigger the Dropship to spawn.

 

In the evidence shown I have:

 chat logs showing multiple Dropship spawning messages three minutes apart even though only a single one actually spawned.

 

All pylons are still showing as up on the minimap.

 

Chat log showing a player was taking out practice pylons at the time of the event.

I'll go further and add to this:

 

If you summon a Vanguard MDC using the Accolade, then defeat it, it will spawn a Rikti Dropship in RWZ.

This was determined to not be working as intended.

It would be interesting to see if that only occurs if the MD is defeated in the RWZ, or if it happens regardless of the MDC's location. If it happens regardless of location, it makes the yahoos who summon an MD into a location with a large group of characters even more annoying, since in addition to the MD sucking the attention of pets awat from the target(s) the group is fighting, it would be spawning a roaming "death from above" creature that would need to be avoided in the RWZ.
