I forgot my password. How do I reset it. I don’t see the option

Top bar, Game Account.  That will take you to https://forums.homecomingservers.com/gameaccount/  You can then reset your password.

I've done this ample times. I still can't log in to play the game... maybe it's not the password?

I've tried this ample times.. I still can't log in to play the game. states account name or password not correct. I've changed it using the link, still doesn't work

Then you're likely using the wrong username make 100% sure it's EXACTLY the same username shown on the linked page, I've had to help folks who had VERY subtle typoes in what they THOUGHT was their username, your game login is NOT the same as your forum login.

my account name is the same as I have in my email when first registered. just came back to the game after some time but trouble with the password. I believe I'm changing forum password with that link, maybe?

The account you login to the *game* with is NOT the same as your forum login, which is what you would have gotten in your email 5 years ago.  I'm looking at your account name, I'm not going to post it here, but it is NOTHING like your forum name here.  The link I gave above is 100% ONLY for the game login, and will NOT change your forum credentials.

I agree.. seems the account name  I see when click the link, is off from my account name in game and I can't seem to change it to match in game login name. Thank you so much for replying  I greatly appreciate your help

The username displayed on the game account page can not be changed.  And is the only account name you should be trying to use in game to login.

Yes, that's my issue.. then maybe I should be trying to retrieve my log in account name?

OMG.... You are so right.. I typed it exactly as in the link, and Im in now.. Didn't reaalize I was off by a number...  Thank you so much

Many of us have done that. I had to copy/paste it into the name box at one point 🙂
