Fire Fighting. PFD

I'd like to see some fire trucks and ambulances roaming the streets of paragon among other traffic. Just feels like it would be good flavor.

Wouldn't mind seeing 1-2 buildings in each standard zone converted to Fire Departments too (complete with dayjob).

Here's another wild idea... Firefighting Blimps. Gotham (in some versions) uses blimps for law enforcement, so imagine Paragon City using them as Firefighting and observation vehicles... For the sake of flavor text, they make use of the mediporter technology to teleport large quantities of seawater to make temporary rain. Nothing functional, just story elements and further decoration. They could occasionally land on a landing pad on the roof of the new fire stations, then lift off again and resume their patrol.

if I remember correctly, mediporter is something that is worn, so it wouldn’t work on a body of water.

 

it is amusing to think about though.

 

Also, no fire trucks in Steel since apparently Heroes are the fire department for that neighborhood 🤪

That doesn't mean the technology must be used that way.

the buildings that catch fire could be the ones in Steel that get converted to Fire Departments...
