Since the big patch, heavy-use shards seem to not handle the load without issues

I brought it up on Twitch with others confirming:  Excelsior and apparently Everlasting don't seem to be keeping up with the influx.  Random rubberbanding, cooldown timers being wonky, also dropped inputs seem to occur.  I think the clock being weirdly out of sync isn't new but the performance of Excelsior seems to be iffy at times.  The claim about Everlasting also having the same issues were from another Twitch viewer and I don't normally go on Everlasting super often.

That isn't a recent patch thing. CoX has been doing that forever. When the servers are under a heavy load, rubberbanding and lost packets are fairly normal.

It doesn't happen to most of my online games.
