a petless demon mm for the whip is one of those that sounds cool until you start playing it and you're like "that's it? I get three powers?"

Playing a Time/Rad defender, it has been a slog to 41.  Several times I wanted to delete, but didn't for one reason or another.  Before that I had a Dark/Poison controller, that was very hard as it was my first controller.  I love playing defenders, but it appears that I struggle picking powersets.
