Help me fix my Display

Hi,

 

My Window laptop was recently updated and it disrupted all of my curated display settings from nigh on 15+ years of playing this game.

 

... Honestly, they weren't so curated, probably just tweaked defaults. The update maximized my resolution and I hate it. Everything is small, particularly annoying is the chat box and power trays. I'm a mouse-clicker, and now all of my powers are smaller - It isn't optimal.

 

I'm not sure how to even begin this. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Well, there is a slight wrinkle - My main UI is much smaller, but the Enhancement screen is TOO big, causing the need to scroll pages, it's gross.
