Fiery Aura- Consume does not apply 50% Recovery Debuff Resistance as described

Just respeced into Consume and looked at the Combat Attributes- Debuff Resistance window and no Recovery Debuff Resistance showed up.  I asked on Help and several people confirmed that they were not getting the Debuff Resistance.  Every description ingame and out says that it should give two minutes of 50% End Debuff Res.  The ingame description also has the "Only using Fiery Enbrace" description under every single effect for the power, which is nonsense.

 

I tried it with no enemies (which it says in the description should work), hitting enemies, and, yes, even with Fiery Embrace and still no Debuff Res.  By the way, the HP buff does work without an enemy and, regardless of the tag, without Fiery Embrace either.

 

It's a bit of a hot mess!

Consume grants resistance to endurance drain, not -recovery.
