Transcendant Converters

Or Hero/Villain converters, or a converter cluster? I would love a new piece of salvage that would be purchasable from merit vendors in exchange for an amount of regular converters, as well as being exchangeable for the same number.   

If these were not character bound they could be sold on the market (I would pay a premium to cut down on the number of clicking it takes to buy/claim large numbers of converters), and could also be stashed in base storage more efficiently.

This would solve a lot of the annoyances of dealing with large numbers of converters and would be a great QoL feature.
