Can't remember the name of this SG from Liberty. Does anyone recognize it?

I'm pretty sure this SG was on Liberty.  My character name was Myster Y (he's the one with the hat, and the green glasses, left half of the picture).  Does this ring a bell for anyone?

Sorry, neither the color scheme nor the SG symbol is ringing a

bell for me and I hosted a lot of costume contests on Liberty.
