Thugs/Storm builds for 50+?

I've recently hit 50 on a mastermind for the first time (yay!) and I want to respec him and build him out fully. However, I don't know what Incarnates and Enhancements would be best, what Epic Pool powers to lean into, and which Storm and Thug powers to leave behind.

Any advice would be welcome! I've been looking at Bot and Demon/Storm builds but they don't take into account Gang War, and I'm unfamiliar with Sets in general, so I'm a bit unsure where to even start, as a lot of the Thug/Storm builds I can find seem to be years-old.

I have a Mercs/Storm that leans heavily into KD as it's main form of mitigation. Gail, Freezing Rain, Tornado, Lightning Storm and Overwhelming unique (In T1 pets) keeps enemies on their butts most of the time. Built hard for +recharge, damage and end recovery.

 

MM attacks, Snow Storm and Hurricane were skipped. Thunder Clap was taken as a mule for end rec. Scorpion Shield just to bump up the MM's S/L/E def.

 

Thugs/Storm will be pretty awesome since it has both Gang War and Tornado that can slot pet unique IOs. I would frankenslot a lot of powers just to maximize the amount of uniques and procs.

 

Positioning is important so that Gail can hit max targets. +Range in Gail helps a lot as it can be used further back while widening its AoE.

 

-Musculature Radial Alpha for +dam and rec.

-Rebirth Radial Destiny for a heal and +regen. Good argument could be made for Ageless and Barrier.

-Degenerative Radial or Reactive Radial Interface for more damage. 

-Assault Radial Hybrid for more damage or Support Radial Hybrid for survivability and end reduction.

-I took Cryonic Radial Judgement and Storm Elementals Core Lore for theme.
