WST not awarding Notice of the Well if I already ran it pre-50

Within the same week, I ran one WST (MLTF) when I was lvl 45ish, then later ran the other WST (LRTF) after I was 50 and had alpha unlocked & slotted.  I didn't get a Notice of the Well after the second run.  The lock-out against earning multiple NotWs in the same week must have been in effect even if I was too low of a level to get it on first run?  Is this a bug or by design?

The lockout is against getting the WST reward more than once per week, not on Notice drop.  You got the reward when you ran it 45ish and got reward XP.

Ah, didn't realise it gave bonus xp when you are pre-50. Well then. Gotta wait til Monday rolls around.
