Hire some decent base builders to construct a few generic supergroup bases for purchase. Maybe start with a room with teleports. NPCs, salvage storage, enhancement storage, and other extras would add to the final cost.

How about instead of hiring, we make it a contest?

 

Have a couple themes; tech, magic, warehouse, etc.

 

Then whoever gets picked gets their name attached to the option in the basebuilder for a quick prebuilt base.

Or maybe just put out a request on your server for someone that enjoys base building to temporarily join your SG and put your base together? I've joined others' SGs only long enough to either fix or build their bases for them. And I know at least a few others do so as well.
