Lots of small errors

Just FYI - lots of small errors have been happening as of late.

These small errors resolve themselves but shouldn't happen and could indicate something else going on.

 

Like name on screen not matching what something actually is. One example could be a recipe. Bought one but then it shows up as something else.

 

I'll start documenting them here.

This happens when you try to use the Ouro crystal to go to a contact that is only available by cell phone, and does not have a physical presence in the game. Working as intended.

There is at least one that gives that message, I'd have to look for an example when I'm back on.   It might be Number Six who you get as a phone contact, but is hanging out in RWZ.   Though I think there's another that doesn't start as a phone contact.
