Ill/Rad Build Troller

[Spock2019]

Looking for a Ill/Rad build that has Perma PA and Perma AB. Also would like which incarnate powers are best to use. Dont care about what set IO's or AT IO's are used and slotted. Just would like best possible build thats available to make. Thanks

Did you read Local Man's guide to Ill/Rad? Helpful to know which end is up on what.

 

Here's approximately what I use, it could stand some tweaking but it fits your requirements as long as you stay on top of AM. The most crucial incarnate is Alpha Agility (obv.).

What are you using for your incarnate power choices?

Agility core (+EndMod, +Recharge)

Destiny Ageless Core (AKA IDGAF about Endurance anymore).

Ionic Radial (HUEG chain AoE plus hold? Yes).

Either Control or Assault Core (moar holds or moar damage, you pick).

Degenerative Core (-MaxHP and a small DoT).

Whatever Lore pet you like best.

Is this a current build? I have a 43 I'll/storm and I just can't get into storm so I was thinking of retooling to rad. I would like to be able to solo efficiently as well, can I do that with this build?

Note you are talking about one of the best uber controller builds. I was soloing on +4 with common IOs before 50 back on live.
