Proabably from back  in the day.  But Lua is turned off,  and Template:Languages as well.   There's a  more  modern extension which of course, may  be  incompatible:   Scribunto  that has the replace function.

Why?  There's two new villain groups in Issue 28 page 3 that are  effectively based on  existing villain groups:

Infected Paragon Protectors is based on  regular Paragon Protectors

Enemy Demons are based  on  regular Demons.

If the replace functionality was working (at the expense of Lua and it's  compute costs), they can easily be created.  Otherwise, I'm  going to  have to create base pages that the existing  one uses with named replacement, etc.

While I'm  asking, who's the admin for the wiki?

Lua (I assume you're meaning Scribunto) wasn't enabled on Paragon Wiki either.  The issue with Lua on the wiki is that despite trying to enable it multiple times, all it's ever done has broken it every single time.  I don't really feel like sinking another couple of hours into trying to get it working either.

Also has no content, so I'm not sure which wiki had these features, but it doesn't appear to have been PWiki, and since we derived from it we wouldn't either.
