Can't load Mercy Island after tutorial

Heroes work perfectly, but after the tutorial, Mercy Island doesn't load, the bar loads to about a quarter and then it sends me to the login screen. Only happens with villians, is there a way to fix this?

 

Any help would be most appreciated  :)

Could be an internet issue as you are being handed from one server to another.

 

I had some trouble getting into Outbreak when I first started playing that resolved itself.

 

Try a reboot, run a couple speed tests to make sure your ISP is behaving.

I do really appreciate your swift reply and advice Zep, I followed through with everything you suggested, it seems to be a driver issue as my internet and speed is running perfectly, but my drivers were reverted. The newest AMD drives for my system won't let me play the game, I still have the issue, I think I just have to play around until I find the correct drives. Any futher advice would be appreciated.

I've been having the same problem and it seems to be the exact same as yours- being my drivers. I'm going to go through the same process as you to try and fix it.
