Can the Council vs 5th Col Zone Battles be re-enabled & added to Invasion queue?

If the code still exists that is.

 

I don't know how hard it would be to also adapt that code to have other zone battles; Hellions vs Skulls in Perez Park, Trolls vs Outcasts in the Hollows, Circle of Thorns trying to take back Dark Astoria from the Banished Pantheon.

I've seen 5th and Council fighting in IP and SC. Not like back in issue 3 or whatever it was when the council overthrew the 5th.
