Cpeerson2017 Posted July 16, 2019 Share Posted July 16, 2019 So I would like some help with the an end game build for ELM/Bio Armor build. From what it looks like I am picking up all the powers in Bio Armor and for Electric Melee was going Havok P, J Ladder, BU, Thunder Strike, Chain Induction and Lightning Rod. Just not sure on Power Pools and what sets/slots to put on all the powers. Anyone have any suggestions for an end game build for ELM/BA build.
