I posted this build in another thread (https://forums.homecomingservers.com/index.php/topic,7086.0.html).  This thread also has an attack chain by StrikerFox of [bU]-AS-CU-SB-[bU]-AS-SC-SB-IS-repeat for ST, and [bU]-AS-SS-SB-IS-SC-repeat for AoE.

 

I will leave it up to others to determine if this is a good build.  :)

 

Thoughts on the build:

Soft-caps Melee, Range, and AOE

S/L resist at 46%

Hasten 4-5 seconds from permanent

I chose the weapons pool due to concept

Build would be expensive due to purples, ATOs, and WTOs

I would likely boost the non-set IOs in Hasten, PB, Dodge, and Agile to 50+5 once I was an Incarnate at level 50+3
