Poison/dark/dark soft s/l def, hard s/l res, perm haste, snipe, 32.7s souldrain

Hey, so this is one of my debuffing defenders I use to help make mobs much less of a threat and take much more dmg. Instasnipe from tactics and kismet. Perma haste, s/l def softcap, s/l res hardcapped, and 157.5% global recharge. You can wade into the fray with this and lifedrain alone should keep you alive and as it is part of our normal attack chain we are always using it (lifedrain has a 2.11 recharge and heals for 109.9 HP). The agility alpha is needed for the recharge, end, and defense buffs. Let me know what you guys think.
