Death from Below bugged

Apologies if this has already been reported but "Death from Below" doesn't appear to work correctly.

 

If you try to launch it in a team it launches and you can start/progress the trial but when your team loads into the sewer you log in as single heroes (you are all there just not in the team. You also can't re invite as all members receive a message that they are not the team leader.

The Team-Up Teleporter seems to be broken in general, either not working at all or trying to put you into stuff solo.

I was able to do a DFB trial this morning, right after the server reboot. I didn't experience any of the issues reported here. Either the problem has been fixed, or it's intermittent.
