Mine is pretty similar. I took Jolting Chain over Electric Fence and opted for Maneuvers, Tactics, and Vengeance instead of Kick, Tough and Weave since I tend to team 100% of the time. Otherwise, this is a pretty solid and fun build.

It does. I was going to use it as a guide seeing as I see zero Elec/time controllers. I will most likely make that chance in pines and result for the difference.
