For Hooshnak - DM/WP

So Hooshnak was asking about slotting and builds on the help channel yesterday, but it's hard to give good build advice on a chat channel. So I've put together two builds for him. First is all the bells and whistles build costing over a billion Inf, and a second build costing about 300,000.

At first glance, the numbers may seem close enough that one might wonder if the more expensive build is worth it. While the defense and resistance numbers are similar, the big differences come from procs, damage, recharge, and regen. The Scrapper ATO procs, in particular, add a great deal of additional crits. The damage procs in Midnight Grasp go off more often and for more damage in the expensive build. Hasten is perma and Soul Drain is just a second off perma and also adds in a -resistance proc, which will be even more damage delivered. Finally, the expensive build adds about 220 additional hit points and 11 hit points per second regen when surrounded.

Both, however, have the benefit of three "God-modes". Barrier Destiny to shoot both resistance and defense to astronomical levels and then slowly cascade down to an additional 5% for each until it expires and it's ready to fire again. Strength of Will will boost your resistance for 2 minutes then does a mild crash and is ready to go again in another 3 minutes. Shadow Meld will soft cap all of your defenses but only for 15 seconds and then will be ready to go again in another 15 seconds.

All of that is on top of moderate defense and resistance, which is on top of impressive regen, and supplemented by the heal in Siphon Life and all the -tohit that your attacks do to stack on to your defense.
