Performance Shifter: + End Question

On my Stalker I have a Performance Shifter + End proc and a Performance Shifter End Modification in Stamina, Superior Conditioning, and Physical Perfection.  Am I getting the benefit of having 3 + End procs?  Not sure if there is a cap, or diminishing returns, or if one + End procs if it impacts another + End from firing.

You are, in fact, getting the benefit from all 3. You will get 10% of your endurance on average once every 13.33 seconds, give or take.
