MA AND CRIT CHANCE

Help me understand MA and the crit chance. The inherent power say all attack have 5% crit on min and 10% on LT'S, a 5% increase.

 

Then there is STORM KICK which has a 10% crit on minions and EAGLE'S CLAW WITH 15% CRIT ON MINIONS,

 

but does the +5% to crit on LT'S from inherent add to these,

 

making them 15% and 20% respectively?

From a quick look at Red Tomax: Storm Kick is 10%/15% for minions/lieutenants and up, respectively.

 

Eagle’s Claw is 15% for everything, with the +33% chance for the immediate next attack.
