Horizontal line for the "edited" notation?

Right now, if I edit a post there is text added at the bottom to say that. That is just lovely. However, there's no whitespace between the last line of the post and the "edited" notation. I'd like to suggest adding a horizontal line between them, like already exists above signatures.
