Costume Contest

Hello Heroes and Villains! I will be hosting a Costume Contest on the homecoming servers, "Indomitable" shard in 1 week (August 3) Noon, PST, Kallisti Wharf.

Over 1,000,000,000 inf. to be won. 
Divided how ever I see fit, based on the number of contestants, and how many characters place in each 'tier'. 
Character bio will not be taken into account as I am the sole host and don't want to take hours reading them all... assuming I have a good turn-out.

(Also assuming I don't get called into work, have catastrophic computer failure, or something else that prevents me from attending, but I'll try to post here if I do)
