I will be hosting a Costume Contest on the homecoming servers, "Indomitable" shard in 1 week (August 3) Noon, PST, Kallisti Wharf. Over 1,000,000,000 inf. to be won. Divided how ever I see fit, based on the number of contestants, and how many characters place in each 'tier'. Character bio will not be taken into account as I am the sole host and don't want to take hours reading them all... assuming I have a good turn-out.
