Respec - Loss of Enhancements

I have had this issue twice now on two different characters where I respec and place all my enhancements in the slots and remaining enhancements in the tray for sale of use as upgrades. After I complete respec and supposedly locks in my changes, none of my slots and powers are as I chose but revert back to original settings and all my unused enhancements placed in my manage bar for future use to sell or use as upgrades are gone. This is causing me a lot of headache and loss in influence. Please fix this issue.

This is a known and in our experience has been visual only. If a respec fails in this manner your enhancements should reappear if you log out and back into the character.

 

I'm not sure if we've discovered all the causes of this bug, but to minimize the chances of this happening:

1. Make sure you're fully trained before doing respecs.
2. Make sure you are not on a TF, Ouroboros or AE mission team. Use /leaveteam before doing a respec just to be sure.
3. Make sure you do not try to do a respec while in an instance, including SG bases.
