Activating travel powers (e.g. super speed)

I have noticed on Beta that activating and deactivating travel powers is a lot less consistent, and sometimes just doesn't work. For example, if I fly around with a jet pack or jump around with combat jumping on, and then try turning super speed on and off while doing this, it only sometimes works (is responsive). This is very frustrating, so just wanted to make sure it's on someone's radar. Thanks!
