demonss Posted August 12, 2019 Share Posted August 12, 2019 I remember back when the game was live there was some promo things that were given out that let you redeem them for costume toggles. They didn't DO anything special except make you look like an NPC. For instance there was the freakshow tank, and my favorite the PPD hardsuit. I remember rolling a toon who was supposed to be a PPD cop who would 'power up' with the ppd hardsuit toggle turned on and that's what I'd run around doing missions as.
