Origin temp powers too much damage?

Am I recalling incorrectly? Throwing Knives and apprentice charm with my scrapper and blaster were doing more damage than the tier 1&2 attacks. I recall the damage on the origin temp powers were closer to that of brawl. Actually, I think this is a good bug, at level 1 you need it.

Not a bug, the origin powers got a damage boost at low levels. They'll get weaker as you level, until at level 15 they're as weak as they used to be.
