Yes the i23 installer works. I am currently using it. Here's a direct link to the download for it: https://sourceforge.net/projects/vidiotmaps/files/vm_mappack_i23.exe/download

 

I've also reached out to TheSteiner, but he indicated he had no intention of continuing this project. So for anything outside of what was in i23, we're on our own until someone else takes up the mantle :)

I'm using the I24 one ( https://cp.sync.com/dl/97eb06a10/grgtpghh-2qtmgu3h-8yz2bey8-jq77cgp4), which works very well.

There is also a recently updated one (https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/573115173259182091/576034138365231104/maps_20190506.7z), which i'll be applying later.
