Rylas Posted May 7, 2019 Posted May 7, 2019 So back during double XP weekend with many of the server drops and disconnects, I foolishly tried creating a character during all the instability. When I clicked to enter the game after creating the character, I was booted to the log-in and was told I lost connection. Once I was back in, the name of the character showed up in the character selection screen, but the character doesn't show up, and isn't able to be played. I wouldn't mind so much since we have a ludicrous amount of slots, but I need the name back and this non-character seems to have locked it. Any way to fix that? Request hi-res icons here. _NOPE_ Posted May 7, 2019 Posted May 7, 2019 From the Code of Conduct, emphasis mine: Currently, the main method to report bad behavior and request help from GMs is to use the Homecoming Bot on our public Discord server. This bot has a command which you can use in a DM (Direct / Private message): !report - Use "!report [MESSAGE]" in a DM/Private message to the Bot to report a violation of the Code of Conduct. When reporting a player, be sure to include the Shard name, your character's name, and the name of the character who is behaving poorly. If you have any evidence of the violation then please include it in your report. I'm out.
Rylas Posted May 7, 2019 Author Posted May 7, 2019 Thanks! I take it I can use that to report bugs and not just player behavior. Request hi-res icons here. Download the Icon Pack here!
_NOPE_ Posted May 7, 2019 Posted May 7, 2019 Also from that same post: You can use the "!help [MESSAGE]" command in the help channels or in a DM to the bot and your request for help will be passed on to the GMs. When asking for help, please include your Shard, your character's name, and the problem that you are encountering. Alternatively, and only if you must, you may ping or DM a GM on Discord. I'm out.
