The objectives are referenced here under "Defend the UNSF Base": https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Laura_Lockhart There is a locked door, and a terminal. I believe you get the key from the terminal, but you cannot interact with the terminal. Right click -> Chat does nothing as well to it. Clicking the door just says "You need a key". I could be wrong, but I've ran through the entire mission clicking every doodad 5 times now, and the terminal in my screenshot is the only interactable one. Cheers.
