Costume Part - Talsorian Blade

I load some old character files and noted that certain costume pieces were missing; most specifically Fx weapons/custom_claws/male_clawsright_talsorianblade01.fx.  Does anyone know if it was removed, never made the port, or the disposition of this piece?

The "Talsorian [x]" weapons were renamed to "Vanguard [x]" for copyright reasons back in the day, but they're all still present (and available at character select by default now).
