I'm a long time CoH player but I'm new to tanking. I am planning ahead for my Dark/Staff Tanker, currently 35. Given my utter lack of understanding of tanking builds I thought I would seek advice.

 

I am looking at trying to make the best tanky build I can - I'm not overly bothered about his DPS, that is someone else's job.  Money isn't a concern.

I always wanted to make a Dark/Staff tank I have an image in my head. Coloring Dark like sand and using a broom. Something like...
