Enhancements for a claw/regen scrapper

I'm looking at these recipes I'm getting from playing through some missions, and I'm wondering if I should slot these multi-stat enhancements like acc/damage and so on. Is there a guide or guidelines for which enhancements to slot?

 

I'm looking to maximize healing, damage, and recharge. My accuracy is already good enough not to worry too much about it.

Not a bad idea while leveling as you won't have full amount of slots so frankenslotting is beneficial. Later on you will want to look more towards sets so you can get the bonuses from doing so. It might not be bad to seek some of the sets out early even if they are lower and ones you won't keep.
